Is there a idiots noob guide to doing a phpnuke website backup somewhere? So if your site got hacked or somthing you could simply fall back to the backup.

I've found the 'Backup db' option in the Nuke admin panel is a bit buggy, so you could use PHPMYADMIN, or there are also a number of stand alone scripts out there that backup the database and email it to you.

Depending on how busy your site is will determine how often you need to back it up.

Always backup before you change anything on your site, just incase an upgrade, or new MOD screws things up.
