No email from site since update

I am not really sure that thsi is a sentinel issue or not. I upgraded to 2.4.2pl6 just recently and since the upgarde I am not seeing any email from my website. I tested this by creating a new account. I have approvemembership so I am normally notified of any new applicants. Also I blocked abuse and recieved no email. I am not the only person to notice this.. Suggestions please

Nvm I figured the problem out.. Had nothing to do with the sentinel update.. Sorry to take up your time
