They've gone.....

All the links for the smilies seem to be knackered, all I'm getting are the standard red x and the name of what the icon should be.

Is there a specific area that references the smilies, ie in a config file or something.

The only thing I have changed recently on my forum is to add the Nuke Arcade, which involved editing a few files. However I don't think any changes involved any smiley details.

thx

btw, I tried replacing the whole forums folder and for some reason, it still don't work.

It seems as though the emoticonsfolder is referenced somwhere else.

I have also gone into smilies admin within forum admin and am able to all the icons on that screen. It appears as though a file is corrupt somewhere and cannot find the smilies.

I've even switched back to the default theme for Evo, and it still faulty, so it seems to be a config issues, and i'm still confused.

Do you have a link to your site/forum so we can take a look.

Are you sure the icons are still phsyically there?

Also check your 'forum'.cfg file in your theme or forum folder, this contains paths to smilies.

sorry, should have included

If I look at the smilies in the forum admin section, it allows me to see all of them, so they are there and readable, it seems as though a script is referring to them in the wrong place.

Is anyone aware of the files that would refer to them, so I can check

thx
