Range is there and yet not there

I wanted to block the address range that included the IP 85.103.41.95 (from Turkey).

When doing the IP Address Search, it shows it as being in the range 85.96.0.0 through 85.111.255.255. But when I try to block that range, I get an error page stating "There are currently no matches in the database" for both the 85.96.0.0. and for 85.111.255.255.

Why should this be happening? I finally gave up and just blocked 85.103.*.*.

Hm I'm not sure what the error is. I added to the blocked range and it seems to be fine

And you still have the 'import' directory in your nuke root?
