IP2Country - Wrong parameter count for implode [Solved]

While adding a new country a user got this: Algeria added ... empty file or could not reach file.

and with
$display_errors = true;

Warning: Wrong parameter count for implode() in /home/*****/*****/admin/modules/nukesentinel/ABImportIP2Country.php on line 28

On line 28 is:
$import_data = implode($import_data);

That´s the only error. How to fix this ? Is that because of the MYSQL Version or Linux ?

System:
Linux ninsei 2.6.12-rc1-bk1
MYSQL = 3.23.49
PHP Version 4.1.2
Nuke 7.6 (SE),Patch 3.2 NukeSentinel 2.4.2.pl5

Seems that was a FTP problem. After upload all files again the problem is solved.

When the IP to Country routine reads a file in for import it reads it as an array then implodes it. If the file is empty or not ftped up properly you will get this error. It's the only time the error should ever appear. I will look at adding a line to check for an empty file.

Well, it was not fixed after upload all files again. He gave us wrong information because he used $display_errors = false at a later date. However, I did´t checked the data base by myself but I heard there was some errors and the db wasn´t up to date but now the Warning: Wrong parameter count for implode() is gone.
