Ip no match in database

while trying to manually add a blocked range using U.S as the country there seems to be a conflict with info ? the who is info shows that the range is a United States range but when blocking in sentinal it shows it as a antigua & barbuda range ?

but when importing from ip to C and clicking the import to blocked ranges then finding the atigua / barbada range it imports

IP ranges are constantly being updated. I would check other whois to confirm, but it could be that that range is incorrect in the IP2C database.
