were do I put the xml icon for this to display on the bottom of the page instead of just haveing the text there

You can syndicate our news using the file xml or ultramode.txt

Ok How. I also need to put the XML ICon in images but I think there is one there already.

I'm not sure what your question is. Just put your code in the footer.
