If you already have a website 75%, without php, can you still install PHP NUKE without messing up what you already have?

That rather depends on numerous factors.
Are you currently using any unique dynamic content that you intend to keep.
Will nuke be supplemental to your existing site or be used as a replacement for your current content?
Will installing nuke offer you any advantages over your current site - I'm assuming you had a reason for considering installing nuke?
