abuse Author not working?

Hi there,
I am remodeling my site on my local machine, and i have RN 76 2.02
and I just upgraded to sentinel 2.4.2pl4

I tried a Union attack and i got banned.
I tried a Author (same ole BS admin.php?AddAuthor blah blah blah...)
and all I get is a blank page with
Illegal Operation.

Is this normal behaviour for new version ('cause it's different from my production site.) or did I mess up something?

How is the author abuse configured in the NukeSentinel settings?
