I received this in feedback awhile ago, I deleted parts of it.
Is this some kind of encryption or a hack attempt?

no its nothing,probably spam or whatever but it in a foreign language .

I think hitwalker is correct. It looks like double-byte character (common in Asian languages) spam.

Thanks, this is the 2nd time I see this.
The 1st time was the day after I installed the
Recipe Module.

by the way, I got many of these late last year. I finally tracked down their IP address - thanks NukeSentinel!! -- and banned them... no more tries since.. Hee Hee.
