Tracker Code Error

Hi guys, id like to place this code somewhere on my website but it seems it wont show on blocks and i dont know hot to edit it to get it to show anywhere else (i have tried various known edits but just see to get errors. It is a tracker for sedo and the code can be found below

Id appreciate an edited version with instructions on where to place it (block or header would be good) so that it will work on my site. Im using nuke 7.9 (b i think by nukescripts)
