Are you posting the comments as plain text or html?

There is no comments there. I have not post any. Problem is on whole site with comments

Well it seems to be working fine on the site which is holding the image you posted [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

But the other site makes no sense to me at all as I dont read whatever language that is [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ] - is that part of the installation guide I can see?

Yes on mirc.nazwa.pl it works correctly but on phpnuke.pl/index.php not. Maybe it's something with new blocks I have added on phpnuke.pl ?

Well something is definitely wrong as I'm not seeing any navigation or anything. Try turning all your blocks and modules off and then turning them back on one by one.

Yes I did but it wasn't working. I made a clean installation and it was the same. I changed server and now it's ok.
