maybe i'm having a Blonde Moment

Quote:
If you have access to php.ini set:
output_buffering = On or output_buffering = 4096 (or another number > 0)

I'm guessing thats on the host, so no

Quote:
else copy the following into a file:
PHP_FLAG output_buffering On
save it as .htaccess and upload to the same place mainfile.php is located.

gave a 500 error

Quote:
Or add the following line to mainfile.php right after the file credits:
ini_set("output_buffering","1");

No change

Another cause is a blank line either before or after the php tags in your config.php, one of your language files, your theme files, or some include files.

this is your distro with only image and colour changes

is this ok

I found this on my host help

Quote:
The PHP installation includes the following modules:

Module Version
Expat 1.95.2
Sablotron 0.81
PCRE 3.4
OpenSSL 0.9.6
Libcurl 7.9.2
MySQL Client API 3.23.47
IMAP c-Client 4.1
GD 1.6.2 (FreeType, TTF library, GIF Read/Create, JPG, PNG, WBMP)
GDBM 1.8.0
Zlib 1.1.4

The php.ini file contains the following default values:

upload_max_filesize: 20M
max_execution_time: 30
memory_limit: 40M
post_max_size: 8M
SMTP: localhost

You may create a php.ini file with different values and place it in all directories where you have PHP scripts. Use SSH to gain access to your webspace directories.

So I made one with one line
Code:
output_buffering = On

and put it in the root.
No more errors

Yep. Not all hosts offer a personal php.ini file. I will add that to the FAQ. Thanks!
