I need advice on a content management system for my site.

I run a xbox gaming site. At this time we are running phpnuke 7.6.

This is what we want to do.

We will have a site for each game we support. These sites will all be on the same domain. Something like this mygamesite.com, gr.mygamesite.com, pgr.mygamesite.com, etd.

We would like to have forums for each of these sites. At this time with nuke when one of our members visits say mygamesite.com and looks at the forums then visits say gr.mygamesite.com and looks at the forums they can not see the last post since last visit.

We would like a way for users to register one time and have access to all sites. At this time we use CNB YourAccount with our nuke.

We would like to stay with nuke but if we can not get nuke to do these things what other CMS can we do this with.

This is the ladder software we use for our site: [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

You can view the demo link and see what CMS this system supports.

We are also looking at bringing on a coder to our staff. If anyone knows of a good coder that would like to help.

Thanks

I'm not sure there is any CMS that would support that without modification. A good place to try different CMS software is [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Dragonfly CMS supports this behavior since it allows single cookie over multiple subdomains and a shared users database.

That way people may register on any website and visit all.
And if you want a seperate login/registration for another (sub)domain this is also possible.

The trick here is that Dragonfly allows custom cookie name, domain and path which is not implemented in phpnuke. [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]
