I have seen this somewhere but can't find it.

Is there a way to where only the Admin and Poster can see the topic posted?

I want the ability to allow a person to post a request where only he and I can see the post so that no other member/guest can get the information posted.

That's one I haven't heard of. I checked with Chat and he doesn't believe he has either.

I remember it being a PHP based chat but I can't seem to find it now. The site I ran across it used it as a feedback/complaint section. you could only see the topic you started and the response of the admin. You could not see who or any other topic in that section

I don't know about ones where only the admin and poster can just SEE the topic, but I do know about one where only an admin or poster can REPLY to it.
