IP2Country - need it to work ?

I had never installed IP2Country in nukesentinel (until 2.3.2).
But now I have read:
+ Moved Reserved Ranges into IP2Country table where they should be.

So from 2.4.x I have to install it ?

You will only need to Import the IANA Reserved and Unknown imports if you don't want the fully ip2c database.

I have to import that on IP2Country or I can import them only in Blocked Ranges ?

Because if I import just one db on IP2C when I have 100 visitors online the site loading time increase exponentially...

"Import to IP2Country" is where you import the IANA Reservered and Unknown.
