Users cannot stay logged in.....

Ok, I have had a few members tell me they log into our site. Once they log in, it takes them to the "Your Account" page. From there, they cannot go anywhere else without it logging them out.

Also, on the Your Account page, instead of it showing this:

Actual User Status: Online

It shows this:

Actual User Status: Offline

Any help?

Are you using Apache or IIS?
