Is this correct

I am completely new to using Sentinal. I received e-mails like this today:

Is this what is supposed to be going on?

From the manual, the referer blocker "allows you to prevent selected domains from sending visitors to your site." You can configure the settings using the admin.php?op=ABConfigReferer link.

It is possible to use the Abuse-Referer for other blocks.
