You have not installed it correctly and/or you do not have your nuke installation upgraded with Chatserv's latest 3.0 patches. Carefully reread the installation instructions Smile.

I followed the instructions, but when I chose the option for New, I got errors saying the tables couldn't be created. However, when I checked my database, the tables were there.

The site went blank after messing with some files config files for installation, but before that the 1st couple of steps didn't work right. I have Nuke 7.5 upgraded to 7.7 from the Nuke site. I don't know about ChatServe. Is that part of the normal upgrades at the Nuke site?

No. You have to d/l them from the home page of my site. The reason the New didn't work is because you can't create tables that are already there. You'd have to remove the tables first before installing as New.
