Followed all directions to upgrade my forums and when I run the script:
[ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

I get the following error.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare get_remote_port() (previously declared in /home/thirdadm/public_html/includes/sentinel.php:371) in /home/thirdadm/public_html/includes/sentinel.php on line 370

Need some assistance.

Please and Thankyou

Raven..sorry for double posting here and the members "clients" forum.

OK..

Followed this instructions

Quote:

<?php
if ($forum_admin == 1) {
include("../../../includes/sentinel.php");
} elseif ($inside_mod == 1) {
include("../../includes/sentinel.php");
} else {
include("includes/sentinel.php");
}

/************************************************************************/

You want to make sure you have removed this line:Code:
include("includes/sentinel.php");

But now get a blank page.

Removing that one line doesn't look right. I have empty brackets now.

Quote:

<?php
if ($forum_admin == 1) {
include("../../../includes/sentinel.php");
} elseif ($inside_mod == 1) {
include("../../includes/sentinel.php");
} else {

}

Did you get that error RUNNING the update? Or using forums AFTER running the update?

Ignore the forum usage problems until you get through the last forum update... (2.0.15) Then do all of your NukeSentinel adjustments.

*Edit* I got it running the update.

I put the upgrade script in my root html/ and it ran fine.

I was trying to run it from:
[ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

Like before.

Nevermind

Continuing with my upgrade.

Well I thought the upgrade went ok. I had to do some admins stuff in the forum and I receive "You are not authorised to administer this board" when I click on forum in the ACP.

I have read where problems with common.php but now I read issues with pagestart.php

My Anon username is user_id = 1.

Havn't been able to come across a definate fix for this after 2 hours of searching.

My Sentinal is FUBAR as well.

NukeSentinel(tm): Error Loading Functions

I think this is because I made a change to mainfile.php.
I changed it back and it works.

But now my admin page for the forums display a blank page.

Are you at 2.0.15 and if so, have you run the latest "Patched" update for your version of php-nuke?

Keep going, don't worry about anything until you are done (through 2.0.15)
Then load Patched.
