Help with Email Problem

PROBLEM 1: I downloaded NSN Mailing Lists and tested it on my test server (Nuke 7.5) and it worked great. I then added it to my test Nuke 7.7 server and it installed fine, but I am not getting any emails. Not only is the Mailing List subscription validation not working, but neither is Forum user validation, Mass E-Mail with the forums, or New user Validation on the PHP-Nuke site.

PROBLEM 2: I AM A PHP-NUKE N00B!!

QUESTION 1: Do these modules share anything as far as email scripts?

QUESTION 2: Can you help me fix it?

Have you set your email address in Nuke's Admin Control panel --> Preferences?

There is a script in there to test if the problem is php or nuke.
