blocked country,but will protected range work ?

Hi ,

i have a country blocked and got 2 mails of members that couldnt visit anymore because of the block.
But will they be able to login again if i ad their ip into the protected range?
or will the banned country override that ?

The "Protected" ranges prevent their ip from getting blocked. If they are already blocked it won't help them get in.

Do they have static ip's? If they do you could edit the Blocked Ranges to be around their static ip thus allowing just them in.

yeah ok...well one member has 2 ip's,of his home and work.
So if i look it up in the blocked ranges taking that out would be good enough ?
