NukeSentinel UNI 213 cant find this file "sql/nsnst.sql

Ok, I just downloaded NukeSentinel_UNI_213.tar and NukeSentinel_UNI_213_IP2C.tar, I am trying to import the nsnst.sql manually, without using the nsnst.php. The thing is though I do not see the file sql/nsnst.sql anywhere. Ive looked on google, but still no. I was woundering if it is suppose to come with it or not because the directions say it does.

the same for NukeSentinel_UNI_213_IP2C.tar.
Was woundering if you have any answers Raven, or who ever replys.
Also ive looked every where in the .tar file

You would be MUCH better off using the nsnst.php installation.
