i just installed 2.1.3 on nuke 7.4 and i went to go to my admin and it asked me for my username and pass i entered it and it didnt acept it i used my admin pass and mycp pass and nobody can view my site it askes them for the same and dont work what happened and how do i fix it

ok i deleted the union code in mainfile and now i got a new error 403 forbidin same with some users of my site i need to get this up and running i run web hosting from this site plz help im lost
