Meta tags & nuke 7.5?

I just created a meta tag for my business website. I used the meta tag creator tool in php nuke tools by disipal, but he left out where to put it, it just says, "Simply copy the following lines of code and insert them between the and tags in your HTML document." Where does it go? and what file? I looked around and I didnt see any obvious place to put it, and didnt see any html file at all!

hello,

its not in a html file.
go to your includes folder and put your metatags in..meta.php
