Problem upgrading phpbb from 2.08 to 2.011

I have tried to upgrade my Forum to 2.011. First, I backedp up all files in my forum and the DB.

After downloading the changedFiles archive, I overwrote all indicated files, and tried running the update_to_2.011.

Here are the errors I am getting: Please help. Forum no longer available.

Uh oh, now I am concerned. I thought Chatserv's 2.8 patches included an upgrade to 2.0.11 version of the phpBB. I did not run any kind of db update. Was this necessary to do from my current 7.5 nuke version?
