How to remove duplicate records from users table?

Hello all,
I have merged my english and farsi site. after that i have some duplicate records in my users table. I need a quick php code to remove this duplicate rows. Can anyone help me in this case ?

What is duplicated? The user name?

i need records with lower user_id remain and records with higher user_id delete ?
