problem with banners after fresh install

hi, i need someone who can provide any help to find it why banners on my site not working any more (link is not redirecting - and blank page come up - same in module MS_TopSites)
both from banners.php and MSTopSites module looks like this:
...MS_TopSites&file=out&id=2

Have you tried a different theme to see if it works?

well, i have just this one, and is bet personalized... so u're thinking the problem is in theme? were should i look for it? thanx igor

ok, i repeat all instalation steps again and again and soon after i make changes to mainfile.php and header.php problem is back, is that mean maybe i cant use sentinel? or should i look in those two files for solution (the problem is, im not very fluent in programming)
