Suggestion for Content and Sections modules

I would LOVE to see these get a hack for either allowing the admin to set a weight for each addition OR have it automatically alphabetize itself when new additions are added.

Any chance that could be done?

I could really use it. Hell I'd pay for it - with total glee.

Looks like the Content mod anyway there are instances of
ORDER BY date
try
ORDER BY title DESC
This should give a basic alphabetic order to them. But new listings would not be flagged as new or anything.

Hmm I hadn't even thought of anything new being flagged - I figure one could post News to let folks know new stuff was there.

But there *is* a way for me to set an order according to title?

I must have been missing that this whole time, oh I feel like a goof!

If this has been staring me in the face for months and not only id I never see it but not one person directed me to that this past year that I've been trying to find that out I will die from sheer embarrassment. So where has that little sucker been hiding?
