PC Killer Templates

Ive downloaded Ganga's PC Killer Templates,

Do I just upload them to the Sentinel Abuse folder and leave everything s is, or do I have to put in sentinel admin for each block where to find the templates?

Oh thanks, so I guess I just upload them to the abuse folder and let them do their stuff.
