Game stats data on uploader not send to website

Not sure if this is the right forum site to ask for this kind of problem.

I tried running a very old game stat uploader program (Babstats Neos Chronos) to track & send game stats to my Ravennuke v2.51 website & it's not uploading any stats. It's giving me this message...

I run my website at home on a Synology NAS web server. Tried several fixes myself (changing the http backend server to apache 2.2, adding vary encoding script on .htaccess file, etc.) but it's not fixing the problem. Any idea on how to solve this?

How does it fetch the data?
If it uses something to read a file like file_get_contents etc you may want to check those functions are enabled on your server.
If it is getting the data from a database, you may need to open a SSH tunnel or open a dedicated port to allow remote reading of the database.
