I tried to unzip it and I got some errors but it went fine. I zipped it again and now it should be ok.

After a short check, this admin module makes exactly the same as it known from NukeSentinel. This admin module is very old and has many many bugs.

dakat, i would really suggest you to try a look in the Tracked IP Menu of the Sentinel because there you have many more options instead to use this old script.
