How to allow html tags in Forums's titles

When I create a title with

<div align="center">

in my forum it dissapeared. I got a blank title. I think there is a way to allow this but I can not remember now.

Isn't this in the forum configuration/preferences?
In any event, I wouldn't recommend using HTML in a forum title as this should really be handle by the forum template itself.

This is not recommended because íf it is possible to use HTML in titles then it is possible to deface the website with simple css styles. You would brick also the NukeSEO titles and many other things.
