adding custom pages??

I am sorry if this is not the correct place to ask this, mod please move if needed. It has been several years since i have dealt with a nuke site and it seems a lot of the old sites no longer exist.
I think I remember there being a module that would allow you to create/upload your own pages to your site.
What I am wanting to do is pdf files and have them viewable in their own category. How can I go about this?

You could add the files in the Download-module. There you can create categories. To view PDF-Files you need a local application like adobe reader.
