Group can't see block

Set up a group and added users.
Created block for those users.
Block is active and set to Groups Only.

Would anyone have an idea why users in the group can't see the block?

Admin can see it so it's definitly visible.

Edit:
Have a module set to groups and members of the same group can see the module.

Don't have time right at the moment to check this but something doesn't sound right for sure. This will bump the post for better visibility.
