module isn't active

I've Raven nuke 2.40.01
After the move of my website to another host (new server)
Everything works for me and members but some members have this message when they click on login :

Any idea about this problem ?

I cannot think of anything that would only affect some of your members.
Maybe ask them to clear their browser cache.

I'm using IE and it's work
but if I use firefox , I 've the same message than some members

I've this message :

Your topic title is a little misleading. Send a support request to you host asking them to disable mod_security or help figuring out what is causing the hit.
