You must be working on the demo site at the moment because I cannot see any of the fine ladies and it is throwing a PHP notice (which is exposing your directory path btw).

Looks like that fixed it, both images and the notice is gone. Looks sweet! However, I agree with the G-man, needs an image of Ms. Fox. Smile

Thats much better.
In addPics function;
Notice: Undefined index: max_file_size in xxx/modules/iGallery/includes/functions.php on line 1008
Looking really good so far.
Can you create an ODD number of extra categories? Maybe 3?
Just curious as to how the category page displays an odd number or do you only have the drop down select box?

jestrella, you're our hero... lol.

BTW, you also have the infamous UTF-8 BOM issue on your site.

jestrella, are you thinking of developing blocks such as: last comments, last uploads, and random photos. I like the scrolling ones Laughing
Also what are the possibilities of migrating from coppermine or other popular galleries?
coppermine is been very very good to me Laughing but not many are doing much with it anymore. I love to have it with multiple uploads, instead of one pic at a time. I think the coppermine project has that as well as on other like e107 but not on nuke and forks.

I have some updates on this project, I think is now ready for a public release but I will be testing for some more days. Now iGallery is even more elegant and robust and reay for you to give it a try!

@NeapolitanWorld, that's not my main focus at the moment, but definitely will be some day. That is fundamental for the success of this little project.

And as always, try it live at my demo site... [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

Almost everything is working fine with no big issues, but I haven't have the time to polish it and comment the code a lil bit and then release the first public version.

Anyways you can get latest code from GitHub [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ]

And remember this is not still meant to be used in production environments

Hi, found two errors when trying to start the iGallery.

AddCSSToHead
and
addjstohead

was messing it up. Removed them all from both index.php.

Only have ravennuke 2.30.00, so mybe the reason.

It seems to work now, havent tried it out to much.

Edit: Seems that i cant create or remove albums.

The functionality you reference was something added in 2.40. If you simply removed that I can guarantee stuff is not going to work unless you added the proper code to header.php to load the files referenced in the AddCSSToHead and addjstohead function calls.

That's right, iGallery is intended to work with RavenNuke 2.4.0 and superior versions. I'm afraid you will need to upgrade to properly test the gallery

First thing first, don't know what you mean by can't add folders...

Is it that you added folders manually using FTP and these do not appear in the gallery system? or is it that you are trying to create a new album via manage albums menu?

If you manually added folders using FTP, that's fine, you'll just need to run the Quick Construct option in the admin menu, that will add all detected folders as albums, and will scan all albums for new media, adding them to database if missing.

If you are trying to create a new album from the admin menu, you need to make sure you CHMOD 777 or 666 the main gallery directory.

actualy tried both.

- Tryed to upload a folder with ten images on to gallery pictures folder. Then started quick constructor option, but only got the blank white page after the "warning".

- tried to make a folder in the admin panel, but can only choose the Cute LAdies as parent folder. If i delete this folder, i cant choose any parent folder and a error comes up.

Have made folders 777.

Dont remember the errors now, try again tonight, and post the error messages.
