Change 'Home' to a different word (in navigation)

I have my forums as the 'Home' on my website

But I want the top link of navigation to say 'Forums' instead of 'Home'


What do I edit to make this happen?

The top horizontal bar above the website still says 'Forums' but the navigation block changes 'Forums' to 'Home' when I have the forums as the homepage for the site
