Since switching from Bluehost over to Raven, I've been unable to publish any changes I make to my Home Page made with the WYSIWYG Web Builder software.

When I try and "Test the Connection", I get this message:
"Internet Exception Error 12003.
Details. An internal error has occurred.
220-margie.gendns4.com ESMTP Exim 4.69 #1 Mon, 03 Nov 2008
03:04:12 -0500
220-We do not authorize the use of this system to transport unsolicited, 220 and/or bulk e-mail,
500 unrecognized command

Please verify the server address, username and password.
Also check that your firewall allows WYSIWYG Web Builder to connect to the internet." (Which I have done and it does)

Does anyone have any idea what all this means and how I can correct it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like that software might be using an email port to test the connection, or an agent that is normally associated with spam. Have you actually tried to connect?

Also, I still think there is a setup/configuration setting that needs to be changed/corrected from when you were hosting with BH. This is, indeed, a mail relay issue of some kind.

In checking this page [ Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! ] one of the suggestions is the same one I last suggested to you: Check if you can connect using a FTP client.. Wink

If you can't then for sure it's a setup issue. If you can, then make sure that your wysiwyg settings are the same as the ftp client.
