oh ok can some one help me ... i currently have raven nuke installed and it is running perfect, until this forum issue.

is it a SQL database error, forum error , or a Raven nuke system error??

This forum is for PHPBB - RavenNuke uses BBtoNuke

do you know if i can fix that error i am getting or do i have to do a fresh installation on a new SQL database

Your site does not appear to be using RavenNuke it is using phpNuke and I'm afraid that seeing as you have removed the copyright notices for both phpNuke and the theme you are using, I cannot help you.
