Additional Features

Coming from Nuke 6.5 and the Protector Module, there are some features that were quite useful.

1. Ability to approve / disapprove a waiting user
2. Get an email that so and so has requested registration.
3. Ability to SEE who is waiting for registration activation

Is anything like the above available in Sentinel or as an add-on?

Not in Sentinel, but there are functions for this. Check out the Resend Email in RN.

Great, works just fine. Now all I need is a mod to send an email when a user registers without having to run the Resend Email mod which works as intended.

Sounds like you are looking for the Approve Membership Lite module, by Montego.

They should get an email when they register.

Do you mean that you receive an email when someone registers, or that the user receives an email?
