Topics & number of stories block

First off, this seems like it would have been a very commonly requested block, but it's not in the core distribution and i couldn't find it anywhere for download, so please, let me know if i just missed it somewhere.

It's a block that shows all the topics and how many stories are posted under each topic. Very common among blogs.

...and I won't be offended if it's something that could fit into the regular distribution... Wink
