This may be because I'm just not getting it, so please be gentle...

I've been trying to figure out for a while how to use NSN Gr Downloads to serve locally off of the file system (i.e., above the document root) or out of a protected directory structure.

As I've poked around the code, it looks like the file that does the captcha security and "serves" the download is go.php in the public subdirectory. The download is provided using this construct:

Header("Location: ".$lidinfo['url']);

Is my analysis correct? If so, then the module can't serve a local file that isn't accessible via the webserver directly. If I'm correct, is there any way to protect the file or does this code automatically mean that there is an open/unprotected path to the files?
