anfer: does it help if I say read what is written in red on the download page, this explains what to do if you can't download even if you are signed in as a member

mmmm...it says that i dont have permisson to acces that web......and im log in....What happens?

You need to type in the code. You also need to allow cookies.

If you are using Zone Alarm, you need to turn cookie control off.

Mine it was caused by Norton Personnel Firewall ..
It has to be temporarly down in order to access ...
