Hey everyone. I am have a little problem. A couple hours ago, NS decided to lock everyone out of our website. Not sure what changes have been made or done to cause this. I am the webmaster so nobody did anything that I am aware of.

How can I get into my site to deactivate NS or.... I cannot get in anyplace. Can I just get into the DB and remove something??

Thanks,

NukeSentinel doesn´t block everyone thats really not the normal behavior. So check out the banned emails, whats the reason for the ban, check also the .htaccess there are the banned IPs and in the database the table nsnst_banned_ips
Because I don´t know exactly what you did its a bit hard to give clear instructions. But you can also check out the table nuke_nsnst_config the setting there for the NS status enabled or disabled you ´ll find this also in the NS administration and there under General Settings beneed this there is also an option to to close a site.
From the administration:
"This switch will disable(close) your site and display the page entered into the next box."
Without access to the administration check the table nuke_nsnst_config and change your settings there.
Hope this helps.

Absolutely nothing has been done with NS or the site that I am aware of.

Here is what users are now getting:

You have been blocked from entering this site.
You have attempted an unknown attack on this site.

All of the following information has been gathered to assist the webmaster should this need to be reported to local or federal law enforcement.

If you think this is a mistake you can contact the site webmaster at ****

Be SURE to include the following information in any email!
User Agent: none
Remote Address: 74.220.195.50
Client IP: none
Forwarded For: none
Date Blocked: __TIMEDATE__
Block expires: __DATEEXPIRES__

Well, but the __TIMEDATE__ and other constant is bugging me too. Sure looks like files have not been uploaded, deleted, or what have you. I would suggest re-uploading your sentinel files if you have them locally. Something doesn't seem right to me there either.
