When I add a fifth category I get Warning: mktime() expects parameter 1 to be long, string given in /*** removed by admin ****/modules/Downloads/index.php on line 1078
same thing happens in my subcategories ? any suggestions on how to fix this. thanks

What Nuke are you using and what version? Can you post line 1078 of that file here?

(I removed the directory details of your site from your post...you don't need or want to reveal that).
