Hello,

i moved last week and when i was able to get back onto the internet and look up my site, I was greeted with this message:

"You are using an Invalid IP to access this site!"

At first I thought it was because I did not log out before I shut down and moved the computer to its new home, but then discovered that none of my admins can access the admin area. And, if like me, they cannot even get onto the site if they are automatically logged in.

I went into the data base and deleted blocked ip addresses that were not sepcifically put there by me, but still, none of the admins can access it we all get the same message.

i really need to be able to access my site, so if anyone could help me, i would sore appreciate it.

Thank you!

I meant search the forums here for the phrase "Invalid IP". There are lots of threads on this very topic.

If you are using a recent version of Sentinel you can add the following to your config.php:

$bypassNukeSentinelInvalidIPCheck = true;

If you are using RavenNuke, you can set that in rnconfig.php.

do you know of anyone here who contracts out for this? Raven set up everything initially, so hopefully someone on staff here might be able to do this for me.

If you post in the 'For Hire' forum I'm sure someone will be able to help you. Wink
