Who's online number of user

I was using phpnuke 7.9, where there are average of about 20 - 30 user online at the same time. Which, is very reasonable.

However, after I downgraded and applies RavenNuke 76 - v 2.02.00 Distro, I found the number online increased ten folds!

I understand that this is a common different between any phpnuke version under 7.6 and anything over 7.7. I'm wondering, if there are a way to adjust how long it will considers someone still login after not having activity in a page.

Is there anyone who can give me some suggestion to restore the preception of "traffic" for my user on my site back to how 7.9 worked?

If you had changed your phpBB session length in your 7.9 version, you may have to adjust that down again in 7.6. I believe on the Forum --> Configuration page it has a label of :

Session length [ seconds ]

I think it defaults to 3600 seconds.

Not sure about the "ten-fold" though. I have not experienced that.
