Error Opening Table on Line 360 mainfile.php

Hello, I am having problems trying to resolve this error in my mainfile.php. Can
someone provide some input so I can fix it please. When reviewing my log files
this is the error I receive:

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function: opentable() in
/home/***/public_html/****.com/mainfile.php on line 360

Here is the section in question in my mainfile.php

function title($text) {
OpenTable();
echo "<center>$text</center>";
CloseTable();
echo " ";

Does it do this with one of the default themes such as DeepBlue? These functions are defined in the theme code.
