NOOB - Edit Javascript to add blocks-Forums Collapsing

This is my first experience with PHPNuke. i'm loving it! Got my site up and running real good with Raven76, with much help from these forums!

I want to start adding some custom blocks and modules.

The first one i'm trying is the blocks-Forums Collapsing block.

The readme file states that I am to 'edit' the javascript.php. I'm assuming to include the collapsing block. I have no experience with JavaScript and I need help!

How and where do I add the information to the javascript?
